Permitting That Understands Construction
Our Mission
You deserve a permit process free of confusion, delays, and frustration.
Permit Nirvana combines real construction experience with deep familiarity of South Florida permitting requirements to help your project move faster, cleaner, and with fewer surprises.
Every project is different — different scope, different jurisdiction, different timeline pressure. What stays the same is the standard you can count on: organized submissions, clear communication, and a process you can follow from start to finish.
Your permit process should be simple, predictable, and handled by people who actually understand construction. That’s why Permit Nirvana exists — because too many property owners and contractors were stuck waiting on permits they didn’t understand, chasing reviewers they couldn’t reach, and losing weeks to avoidable mistakes.

What Makes Us Different
Construction-Minded Support
We don't only submit paperwork. We understand plans, inspections, sequencing, and what reviewers look for. That means fewer rejected applications, fewer rounds of comments, and less time spent fixing problems that should have been caught before submission. When a reviewer flags an issue, we know what it means and how to respond — because we speak their language.
Clear Process and Communication
You'll know what's needed, what's missing, what we submitted, and what happens next. No black holes. No unanswered questions. We keep you informed at every step — from initial document review through final approval — so you never have to wonder where your permit stands.
Local Expertise
Broward County and surrounding jurisdictions each do things differently. We help you navigate requirements confidently. What works in Fort Lauderdale may not fly in Davie. What Miramar requires upfront, Plantation handles differently. We know these differences because we work in these jurisdictions every day — and that local knowledge keeps your project on track.
How We Work
We start by understanding your project scope and jurisdiction, then prepare a clean submission and manage it through approval. If comments come back, we handle resubmittals. If you need inspections or close-out, we coordinate the finish line.
Most residential permits take 2–6 weeks — a clean submission helps you use that time efficiently.
A rejected permit submission can add 3–4 weeks to your project timeline. Our process is designed to get it right the first time.
Who We Serve
Homeowners tackling their first renovation, contractors managing multiple jobs, and investors keeping properties compliant. Whether it is your first permit or your fiftieth, the goal is the same: get it right, get it done, and get back to your project.
Where We Work
Permit Nirvana serves South Florida, with a focus on Broward County and surrounding areas.
We work regularly with municipalities across Broward County — including Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Sunrise, Plantation, Miramar, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Tamarac, Lauderhill, and unincorporated Broward. We also support projects in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.

What Our Clients Say
Real feedback from contractors and business owners we’ve worked with
“What separates Permit Nirvana from other permit services is they actually understand construction. When a reviewer has questions about load paths or setbacks, they know what the reviewer is asking and how to respond. I have worked with permit runners who just deliver paper — this team understands what is on the paper.”
Ricardo Alvarez
General Contractor, Fort Lauderdale
“Opening a salon in Broward County felt impossible with all the permit requirements. Permit Nirvana handled the change-of-use paperwork, the fire compliance, and the building department coordination. They treated my small business like it mattered. I tell every business owner I know to call them first.”
Claudine Desrosiers
Business Owner, Lauderhill
